Mrs. Lacy – Founder
I opened Hillsborough Preschool in the summer of 1999. After graduating from college with a degree in education, I taught second grade for two years in the public school system. After two years of teaching, my dream of opening a quality preschool came true. With the belief that all children can and want to learn, Hillsborough created an academic preschool that applies its curriculum developmentally. It is a wonderful mixture of learning through creative play, manipulatives, technology, and of course a wonderful staff. I have been married for 23 years and have three beautiful children.

Mrs. Diana – Green Room Teacher
My name is Mrs. Diana. I enjoy spending time with my 4 children and husband. I have been in the education field for 8 years. I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Child Development and Early Childhood from Cal State Domínguez Hills. I have worked with children ages 18 months to 6 years old. I have a passion for enriching the lives of my students by creating a classroom atmosphere that is stimulating, encouraging, and adaptive varied needs of my students. My priority is to take children to their maximum development by working with each child individual and meeting them where they’re at emotionally, socially, and academically. I look forward to sharing my talents and skills with each student that walks inside my classroom. .

Hello! I’m Ms. Lana, and dance has been my world for over 16 incredible years. Leading teams and teaching across various settings from studios, preschools, and summer camp.. Has been a joyous journey that I cherish deeply. I have a experience in all dance styles like ballet, jazz, and hip hop. One of my greatest joy is creating an inclusive and joyful environment where children can explore and embrace the magic of dance. I firmly believe that every child deserves to experience the beauty and creatively that dance brings into our lives. Let’s dance together and create unforgettable moments filled with fun, learning, and discovery.

Hello! I’m Ms. Allison! I have been working with children for over 5 years. I am currently working on my BA in Early childhood . my goal is to someday have a classroom of my own. For now I really enjoy being able to help out in all the classroom and being a part of every child life. I look forward to being able to get to know your child someday.
